Getting Started & Login

Go to my.isuzu.com.au Click on Register for an Account enter your contact details, and click Submit. You’ll receive an activation email once Isuzu Care verifies your application (next business day if lodged after hours). 

Click Back to login. After verification, open the activation email to continue setting up your account.

Open the activation link in the email, enter your email address, then use the temporary password provided to sign in and set a new password.

On the login screen, select your username and click Forgot password? Choose Email code, enter the code you receive, then set a new password and click Reset password.

My Account & Preferences

From the portal homepage, select View Account Details and edit fields like your mobile number. Click Save changes.

In Account Details, use the Preferred Sales Dealership dropdown, choose your dealer, then Save changes.

Yes. If you’re an authorised contact on more than one account, use Swap Account or the account dropdown in the topleft corner.

Go to Communication Preferences, scroll through the list, opt in/out by channel, click Submit, then Finish.

Open the Terms & Conditions section and click View to access the latest policies and promotional terms.

Fleet Management

Use Manage Fleet and type in RegoModel Name, or Nickname. Results refine as you type; use more precise terms for better matches. 

Yes. Switch to List View, apply Filters (e.g., model or series), and Sort by Model, Warranty Start Date, Truck Name, or VIN.

Open the truck, click Edit to set a Nickname, pick the Application from the dropdown, and choose a Preferred Servicing Dealership. Save changes.

Go to the Servicing section, select Request a Service, choose your service centre, pick a date and time, add any notes, and click Send request.

Support Cases

Open Support, then use Filters to show specific case statuses (e.g., Open). Click Update to apply.

Click Add Support Case, select a Type, choose Which Truck?, add a Subject and Description, then click Add case.

Yes. After adding your case, click Close; your case will still be logged and visible in the Support list.
